Position Salary: based on position and applicant’s experience, salary ranging from RMB 100k /year to RMB 180k /year.
Position 1: [Assistant | Associate | Full] Professor or Researcher (1~3 openings)
Research Area: MEMS
Location: Shenzhen Science and Technology Park
Institution: Shenzhen SOC Key Laboratory, Peking University
Responsibilities:
1. Establish a MEMS research and/or development program
2. Collaborate with domestic and overseas researchers
3. Supervise graduate students
4. Lead technology transfer effort
Requirements
1. PhD in ME, EE, or Physics with minimum three years experience in MEMS design, simulation, layout, and processing
2. A tracking record of leading a multi-disciplinary team
3. Strong communication skills
4. Product development experience preferred
5. Part-time is considerable for strong candidates

2. MEMS design, fabrication and characterization
3. Collaborate with domestic and overseas researchers
4. Lab management
Requirements
1. PhD in ME, EE, or Physics with knowledge and/or some experience in MEMS design, simulation, layout, and processing
2. Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team
3. Strong communication skills
4. Product development experience a plus

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in IC or MEMS development projects
2. Responsible for IC design, simulation, verification, layout, production and testing process, or application development
3. Provide other related engineering assistants to R&D projects
4. Responsible for lab operation environment and management
Requirements
1. BS/BE, MS/ME, PhD in EE, CE/CS, or Physics with minimum one to three years experience in IC or MEMS design, simulation, layout, and processing
2. Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team
3. Good communication skills
4. Product development experience required
